well loved course, Scotscraig is close enough to the sea to
be classed as a links, however as it has more trees than most
it has a heathland feel. |

The
course demands accuracy from the tee, wayward drives
are punished in any of the courses hazards, be it heather,
gorse or woods so be prepared!
After
each drive, the fairways are generally tight and the
greens quick.

| The
course is used as a final qualifier for the Open at St
Andrews, proving its ability to challenge the best. |
